We are very proud to announce a new prototype of 4 residential units in Nairobi, developed in partnership with Global Property Advice for the Livelihood Impact Fund (LIF). This project strengthens our mission to create sustainable and affordable housing solutions for socially disadvantaged communities and to improve the quality of life.
In just five days, our team completed the 72-square-metre masonry using 1,700 TwistBlocks. Thanks to our innovative TwistBlock technology, the building can be dismantled and 85 per cent of the blocks can be reused. Additionally, the TwistBlocks are fire resistant, providing added protection in densely populated areas.
The prototype of four one-bedroom apartments demonstrates the benefits of TwistBlock technology and aims to improve the quality of life for people in deprived areas by providing affordable housing. Together with Global Property Advice, we have created a high quality, forward-thinking building that we hope will be used many times over.
